For more complex parts we offer tools for overmoulding, a process by which a component is produced in one mould before being moved into a second cavity where a second layer of plastic is injected. We can design tools to ensure this process is done in one moulding cycle.
Blow Mould Tooling
Specialists in the development of blow mould tools. Our in house team can design and manufacture blow mould tooling in various sizes ranging from microparts to approximately 75 litres with the capacity to produce multi layered components.
Our blow moulding tooling design experience caters for extrusion blow moulding (EBM), injection blow moulding (IBM) and stretch blow moulding suitable for use with HDPE, LDPE, PET and PETG.

Following successful completion of the prototyping stage, we provide a meticulous specification for the tooling design and designate the correct manufacturing route to ensure the appropriate construction.
Tooling Manufacture
Dependant on your tooling specification, we have a variety of manufacturing machines, wire eroding, CNC fixed axis milling and spark erosion, all available to ensure we can create durable, reliable and high precision mould tools.
Tool Demonstration
Once the manufacturing process is complete, we are happy to offer tool trials and/or small production runs dependant on your requirement, demonstrating the finished tool in an actual production environment.
