We are specialists in complex mouldings and provide our customers with optimum component solutions.
We can supply technical and complex mouldings in a wide range of polymers including over-moulding, twin-shot moulding (two different materials), hot and cold insert moulding and product assembly.
Our design team work with the latest technology to ensure your project moves from design to production as smoothly as possible.
Our team work with a state-of-the-art design suite allowing us to test and scrutinise every element of the design and product to ensure it fulfils your brief. We utilise a number of design programmes to develop plastic components and tools.
Our primary software, Solidworks, has solid and surface modelling capabilities and enables us to use a number of special design features. Using this software our team are able to produce fully rendered and high resolution images of all plastic parts and component before any production occurs. This all allowing us to take a component part through to a complete tool in the shortest period of time possible, ensuring we meet any deadlines your project may have.

A one-stop shop for high-quality injection moulded plastic components from an experienced manufacturer with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 accreditations.
We can inject mould components ranging from a fraction of a gram up to 1.0kg in weight in quantities of just a few items up to a high volume supply of millions all in a wide range of polymers. We utilise automation and robot handling systems to produce the most cost effective solutions for our customers.
Our Moulding facility currently comprises the latest digitally controlled machines from 50 tonnes to 400 tonnes. We are able to produce parts in any injection mouldable polymer from a few grams up to 1.5kg and in quantities of just a few items through to high volumes in the millions. Our experienced team are able to partner our clients from component concept and design, material specification, 3D prototyping, tooling design to final production moulding.
Accuratio Group continue to make extensive investments in equipment and automation to our manufacturing processes we aim to supply our clients with the highest quality plastic injection moulded components at the most cost-effective price.

Over moulding enables soft plastic injection moulding over rigid plastic or other components to provide a single component with multi-structural performance.
Most commonly used to provide a two colour moulding, soft touch over harder plastic, improved component strength or rigidity (metallic over moulding).
We have developed an innovative technique that allows the over moulding of Printed Circuit Boards (PCB’s) for the automotive sensor market. A TPE polymer is moulded over a PCB with terminal connectors before a secondary over-moulding with GFN3 glass-filled nylon encapsulation. Tooling is fully automated and provides accurate shut off to the fine terminal pin connectors.

We are able to mould in tool or post moulding a wide range of inserts into plastic components to improved component properties such as wear resistance, strength and conductivity.
Most commonly inserted items are bolts, studs, contacts, clips, electrical pins, threaded fasteners, bushings made from materials such as steel, stainless steel, brass and copper.

Our twin shot capability provides many moulded component benefits. The twin shot moulding process allows the production of complex mouldings from two different polymers during a single machine cycle. This enables components to be made with more than one colour or different grades of materials to achieve hard and soft surfaces within a single component.
As well as the cost advantages, the process also allows product designers to create complicated mouldings, with a high level of accuracy and repeatability.
Thermoset, or thermosetting, plastics are synthetic materials that strengthen during being heated that cannot be successfully re-moulded or reheated after their initial heat-forming unlike thermoplastics. Therefore thermosetting plastics have a number of advantages.
These attributes make thermoset ideal for producing electrical connectors, an area that we specialise in. We can offer extremely accurate tightly tolerance injection moulded electrical connectors including insert moulding of complex electrical contact surfaces.
Additionally, thermosetting moulding compounds due to their irreversible cross-linking chemical process after curing lends itself to high temperature components for producing vehicle engine components such as turbocharger housings which previously have been made out of metal.

When working across a wide range of industries, we are competent at adapting and changing materials to suit any application and plastic product.
When working with moulded plastic products we like to keep our options open, discussing with our customers to ensure you get the right material for your project. As a standard you can choose from the following materials: Acetal, Ionomers, Polypropylene (Homopolymer and Copolymer), L.L.D.P, Acrylic, P.E.T (Rynite), Stryene: High and Medium Impact, P.P.O, A.B.S, Nylon 6, Low Density Polyethylene, P.V.C, A.S.A, Nylon 66, High Density Polyethylene, S.A.N, Acxetate (C.A.B), Thermoplastic Resin (T.P.R), Thermoplastic Rubber, T.P.X, E.V.A, Polycarbonate, Polyurethane.
Don’t see a material you recognise? Or need some advice based on your application, our technical team will be happy to assist with making your project a reality.

We know each customers requirements and specifications can be completely different, however we do know that generally most immediate questions about moulded plastic products fit within a few options as can be seen below. If you don’t see the answer you are looking for, we have a team ready to answer your queries and ensure you get the correct component or product for your project.

Accuratio Group are experts in designing and producing plastic parts. Our design and engineering team are on hand to provide personal attention to your project. We aim to be flexible to accommodate our customers constantly changing schedules and provide outstanding customer service to concur with our ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2004 certified quality systems and procedures. We are a turnkey solution and look forward to helping our customers overcome challenges in bringing their product to market the right way the first time.
Please email any 2D or 3D CAD data available, along with quantity required, time scale & materials (if known). Our technical team can assist in product design, process suitability & choice of plastics.
Should CAD data be unavailable, we will require a sample part or drawing of the component. Where necessary, we can advise product design and polymer selection. Our technical team can provide a consultancy service at your request.
