Tooling Services
We’ve been in business supplying plastic mould tooling since 1986. Starting life as a 3 man team producing highly technical tooling, we have grown to become one of the UK’s leading suppliers. With a team of 34 experts in tool making and design, boasting 150+ years of experience, we have an enviable reputation for providing excellent service and tooling.

Moulding Services
As specialists in complex plastic mouldings from thermoplastic, thermoset, overmoulding and insert moulding, we can manufacture to the highest technical requirements.
Our capabilities include producing simple high volume container type products through to complex moulds with metal inserts, embedded PCB’s and two shot overmoulding and everything in-between.
This service is ideal if you need our team to manage your production methodology alongside your plastic moulding tooling production. We can work from initial cad design right through to completed production run, handling everything along the way.

Design & CAD
We offer total component and tooling design and manufacture. Using 3D modelling software and mould-flow analysis we can fine-tune tool design to best suit the client’s need. Using this data we can also produce printed prototypes for marketing or pre-production trials. We specialise in supplying fully automated turnkey projects.
