Working closely with our clients our goal is to provide the best solution available to satisfy and exceed their needs. We offer in house component and tooling design including product prototyping, mould flow and 3d CAD.

Design & CAD

We are able to offer total component and tooling design and manufacture. Using 3D modelling software and mould-flow analysis we can fine-tune tool design to best suit the clients need. Using this data we can also produce printed prototypes for marketing or pre-production trials. We specialise in supplying fully automated turnkey projects.

Our experienced team can advise clients on component design and material specification to maximise component performance.

As well as offering in-house tool design and product design capabilities, Accuratio Group has its own fully-equipped tool room, able to deliver a comprehensive service from initial design evaluation through to new tool manufacture and ongoing tool maintenance and service.
